Sometimes in life, we find ourselves stuck. Whether it’s a relationship problem, stubborn feelings of insecurity, or a creative block, sometimes a little extra support can make a big difference. I use a trauma informed, empowerment focused approach to meet each client where they are. Together, we collaborate to identify negative patterns and explore strategies for growth and repair. I work to create a supportive environment where I can understand the nature of each client’s distress and help them find greater wellbeing in their lives and relationships.
