I’m dedicated to helping teens, young adults, and parents navigate life’s challenges. My focus is on empowering clients to reconnect with themselves, heal from trauma, and regain a true sense of empowerment.

In addition to my work with teens and young adults, I specialize in supporting parents who find themselves walking on eggshells around their teens to rebuild their relationship, decrease school avoidance issues, and increase their teen’s willingness to complete non-preferred tasks at home.

My areas of expertise also include providing support for victims and survivors of sexual trauma, LGBTQIA+ individuals and their families, and those exploring non-traditional familial and personal relationship structures, including their own relationship to gender.

I bring expertise in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, trauma-informed care, Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy, and more to my practice. My approach encourages clients to take gradual, values-aligned steps towards lasting change, fostering behaviors they can stand behind and that their future selves will thank them for.

Outside of my work, I love being in nature with my pets and loved ones, engaging in meaningful conversations, going on adventures, and pursuing creative projects
